About Us
Summit Property Management Pte. Ltd.
Summit Property Management Pte. Ltd. was formed in April 2014 by a team of professionals in the property management and facilities maintenance field with a combined experience of more than 10 years.
Carrick Koh – Managing Director
Mr. Carrick Koh has more than 10 years of experience in the property and facilities management and maintenance industry. He holds an Honors Degree (2nd Upper) in Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. He was the Chairman of his 430-unit condominium’s Management Council for 10 years. He had also completed a 6-month part-time Course in Property Management & Maintenance conducted by the professional body, Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV). He was a former Army Captain and also has work experiences in construction & renovation industries.
Max Koh – Director (Accounts)
Mr. Max Koh has more than 10 years of experience in the property and facilities management and maintenance industry. He holds an Accounting Degree with ACCA.
